Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan & Community Cultural Plan (PROS)
The City of Edmonds Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan and Community Cultural Plan guide the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services in their mission to provide parks, open space, recreation programs, and cultural services for the enjoyment of Edmonds residents and visitors. The 2013 update to these plans built on the strategies and successes of the original plans and past updates. The four‐phased PROS plan was completed in February 2014 and updated in 2016 in order to renew State and Federal grant eligibility for the next six years.
